Founder & CEO

With a lifelong dedication to beauty, wellness, and community, Elizabeth imagined a space that offers more than treatments—an oasis where individuals can reconnect with themselves and uncover their fullest potential.

For Elizabeth, this journey is personal. She founded Creations Med Spa as a way to give back to the community that has shaped her, creating a wellness destination that inspires confidence, healing, and renewal. Her goal is simple yet powerful: to help others feel beautiful inside and out, restoring balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Under her leadership, Creations Med Spa is more than a medical spa—it is a movement toward whole-person wellness, a place where transformation begins the moment you walk in.

Stephanie Hatfield

MedSpa Manager

Stephanie brings over 15 years of leadership, client service, and operational expertise to her role as Spa Manager at Creations Med Spa. With a strong background in human resources, business administration, and customer care, she ensures the spa runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience to every client.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado and is passionate about creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment where both clients and staff feel valued.

Lauren Barone

Guest Relations

Lauren has a strong background in hospitality, guest relations, and office administration. At Creations Med Spa, she manages scheduling, client communications, and daily operations while ensuring a welcoming experience for every guest. Passionate about the aesthetics industry, Lauren is dedicated to helping clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

Cade Oas

Finance Manager

Cade is a finance and accounting professional who oversees budgeting, pricing models, and financial reporting at Creations MedSpa. He partners with leadership to turn performance data into clear decisions that support growth and client experience.

Cade holds a B.S. In Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing his M.S. in Accountancy.
