Founder & CEO

With a lifelong dedication to beauty, wellness, and community, Elizabeth imagined a space that offers more than treatments—an oasis where individuals can reconnect with themselves and uncover their fullest potential.

For Elizabeth, this journey is personal. She founded Creations Med Spa as a way to give back to the community that has shaped her, creating a wellness destination that inspires confidence, healing, and renewal. Her goal is simple yet powerful: to help others feel beautiful inside and out, restoring balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Under her leadership, Creations Med Spa is more than a medical spa—it is a movement toward whole-person wellness, a place where transformation begins the moment you walk in.

Stephanie Hatfield

MedSpa Manager

Stephanie brings over 15 years of leadership, client service, and operational expertise to her role as Spa Manager at Creations Med Spa. With a strong background in human resources, business administration, and customer care, she ensures the spa runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience to every client.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado and is passionate about creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment where both clients and staff feel valued.

Cade Oas

Finance Manager

Cade is a finance and accounting professional who oversees budgeting, pricing models, and financial reporting at Creations MedSpa. He partners with leadership to turn performance data into clear decisions that support growth and client experience.

Cade holds a B.S. In Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing his M.S. in Accountancy.

Lauren Barone

Guest Relations

Lauren has a strong background in hospitality, guest relations, and office administration. At Creations Med Spa, she manages scheduling, client communications, and daily operations while ensuring a welcoming experience for every guest. Passionate about the aesthetics industry, Lauren is dedicated to helping clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

Emily Koebel

Guest Relations Specialist

Emily brings a strong background in human resources and client communication to her role at Creations Med Spa. With experience supporting individuals in fast-paced, people-centered environments, she contributes to a welcoming and well-organized front desk experience for guests. Emily holds a Master of Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She is passionate about holistic health, wellness, and client-centered care.

Christee Élan Bond

MSN, APRN, NP-C, DNPc, Aesthetic Nurse Injector

She is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of advanced practice experience, specializing in medical aesthetics and integrative wellness. She is highly skilled in neurotoxins and dermal fillers, focusing on natural, balanced results through personalized treatment planning. With a background in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight management, and concierge medicine, Christee takes a comprehensive approach to patient care. Known for her attention to detail and patient-centered approach, she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and remains committed to ongoing education and advanced aesthetic training.

Natalie Samaniego

Medical Aesthetician

Natalie is a licensed Medical Aesthetician with 6 years of experience specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments and corrective skincare. Certified in NeoGen, BioTouch micro-needling, HydroDiamond, and BioRePeel, she creates customized treatment plans designed to improve skin health, restore confidence, and deliver visible, real lasting results. Natalie believes great skin starts with a personalized plan and expert care.

Bobbie Gilbert

L.E., LSO, LMT Medical Aesthetician

Bobbie specializes in advanced medical aesthetic treatments using Zemits, Bio-Touch, and NeoGen technologies. As a multi-licensed therapist with expertise in skincare support and manual therapy, she delivers customized, results-driven care rooted in whole-body wellness. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, with a focus on visible results, long-term skin health, and an elevated client experience.

Joshua Doty

Massage Therapist

Joshua is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 12 years of experience delivering personalized, results-driven care in medical settings, luxury spas, and private clubs. Specializing in Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage, he tailors each session to relieve tension, reduce stress, and support overall wellness. His background includes working alongside healthcare professionals in hospital settings and serving high-end spa clientele, giving him a well-rounded, client-focused approach. Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and welcoming demeanor, Joshua is committed to helping every client feel their best.
