This initial conversation gives our team an opportunity to learn more about you, your goals and any concerns you may have. When appropriate, we can also use the Zemits Skin Analysis System to look beyond the surface and better understand what your skin may need.
Before recommending a service, we talk through your options in clear, approachable language. Nothing is assumed, and nothing is pushed. You leave with a personalized plan, not a sales pitch.

Ongoing Appreciation for Heroes and Scholars
Creations is honored to recognize the members of our community who serve, have served or are continuing their education.
Through the Hero & Scholar Savings Program, eligible military members, military families and students receive 10% off regularly priced services and retail products.
The military benefit is available to active-duty service members, veterans, retired military personnel and eligible immediate family members with a valid military ID, VA card or DD214. Students may qualify by presenting a valid student ID and current class schedule.
Once eligibility is confirmed, the Creations team can note it in your client profile for future visits.
The Hero & Scholar benefit cannot be combined with memberships, packages, gift cards or other promotional offers. However, unlike a limited-time special, it is an ongoing expression of our appreciation.

Rather than approaching each appointment as a separate purchase, your monthly contribution is added to your personal Creations balance. You can then apply that balance toward the services or products that best support your goals.
Creations offers three VIP membership levels:
- Sapphire Wings: $199 per month with 10% savings on eligible services and retail products
- Emerald Wings: $350 per month with 15% savings on eligible services and retail products
- Golden Wings: $499 per month with 20% savings on eligible services and retail products
Every membership level includes a complimentary skin analysis and consultation, access to member-only opportunities throughout the year, and special birthday and referral benefits.
Your unused monthly balance rolls forward, giving you the flexibility to plan your visits around your schedule and personal treatment goals. Memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ notice, subject to the terms of the membership agreement.

As the wedding approaches, the focus shifts toward maintaining results, supporting hydration and keeping the skin calm and radiant.
The plan also explains which treatments should be avoided immediately before the wedding, helping prevent last-minute surprises.
If you are beginning fewer than nine months before your wedding, you have not missed your opportunity. Your Creations provider can customize the plan based on your remaining timeline, priorities, and treatment history.

From there, you will receive personalized recommendations and have an opportunity to ask questions before deciding whether you would like to move forward.
How do I qualify for the military or student benefit?
