Payments toward packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All packages, including payments and sessions, must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.
Each session may be rescheduled up to 2 times per package with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being canceled and a monetary penalty of 20% of the session installment.
Each installment must be paid before receiving the scheduled treatment. If payment is not received, the session will not be performed.
Packages and sessions may only be used by the purchaser; they cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.
Package pricing is locked in for 12 months only. After 12 months, unused payments or sessions are subject to current pricing.
All services are subject to provider approval. If a treatment cannot be performed for medical reasons, a comparable service credit will be offered.
